‘There is only one word to describe the music of Sadie Fleming – beautiful’ (Beatplay).
Sadie is a singer/songwriter and community musician based in Bristol. She wrote, recorded, produced and self-released her first album (Butterfly Wishes) in 2011, before she had played her first gig. She has since performed at hundreds of gigs and festivals, and has busked across Europe and New Zealand.
She released her second album in 2014 in support of the charity CoppaFeel, after a friend was diagnosed with breast cancer. Songs from the album enjoyed local and national airplay, including on BBC Radio 6 Music, and have also been used by A Model Recommends on her popular modelling vlog.
Sadie now works in the field of inclusive music making and music outreach. She primarily works in special schools and with families to support the musical and wider development of young people with SEND. She also loves to share the joy of live music with people in care homes, hospitals, hospices, schools and community settings.
Sadie released the imaginatively titled EP ‘Ten’ on 10/12/21, to celebrate the ten year anniversary of her debut album.
