‘There is only one word to describe the music of Sadie Fleming – beautiful’ (Beatplay).

Sadie is an independent singer/songwriter based in Bristol, who has developed a reputation for her ‘haunting and enchanting’ (BSR) live shows.

Sadie wrote, recorded, produced and self-released her debut album, Butterfly Wishes, in 2011, before she had played her first gig. The album has received extensive radio play, as well as rave reviews as ‘a very well thought out album, filled with intelligent lyrics’ (Live Music Scene), 'an incandescent selection of music that sits somewhere between Regina Spektor and Alanis Morissette' (BSR) and ‘possibly the best local album of the year’ (Mark Venus Music).

Sadie is now frequently found performing at local and national venues across the UK, with highlights including sets at Colston Hall, Chapel Arts Centre, The Louisiana, Cox's Yard, Brisfest, Sunrise Celebration, Bristol Folk Festival, Bath International Music Festival, At the End Festival and Bristol Harbour Festival.

Along the way, Sadie has supported Johnny Coppin, Marc O’Reilly, Matt Woosey, Nigel Clark (Dodgy), Gaz Brookfield, Lonely Tourist, Atlum Schema and many, many other fantastic musicians. Sadie has also played keys in the Susanna Waters band and Jack's Got Jabs, and has co-written songs with Iain Archer (Snow Patrol, Jake Bugg), Heidi Berry, Tony Gwynne, Lindsay Bullamore, Rebecca Cullen, Tom Scriven and Miles Biddulph (The Penalty Tokens).

Sadie returned from a busking trip across New Zealand to finish her sophomore album ‘Til the end, which was released on 31st March 2014 in support of the breast cancer awareness charity CoppaFeel. The title track has received national airplay on BBC Radio 6 Music and has been used by A Model Recommends on her popular modelling vlog. Sadie is currently working in the field of music outreach and community music, bringing the joy of live music to people in care homes, hospitals, hospices, schools and community settings.
